Who We Are
Callmonitoring Restoration is a referral service. We help homeowners find independent water damage providers in Lansing and the Greater Lansing area. That is our whole job.
We do not fix, dry or clean anything ourselves. The providers in our network do that work. Each one runs its own business and sets its own prices.
Why We Exist
Most people have never had a flood or a burst pipe. Then it happens, and the choices feel huge. Who should you reach out to? What should it cost? What is a dehumidifier doing in your living room?
We built Callmonitoring Restoration to make that first time easier. We use short words. We explain trade terms. We want you to feel calm and ready.

How Providers Are Matched
You tell us what happened. You can use the request form, or you can request a callback. Then we point you to a provider in our network that serves your area and handles your kind of problem.
A flooded basement is not the same as a leaking roof. We try to match the job to the right kind of provider. Availability changes from one provider to the next, so ask about timing when you talk.
What We Expect From Providers
We ask providers in our network to do a few simple things:
- Explain the plan in plain words.
- Give you a written quote before work starts.
- Hold any licenses your state or town requires.
- Treat your home with care.
- Help document the damage with notes and photos if you file an insurance claim.
These are expectations, not promises about any single job. You should always ask questions and read the quote before you agree.
What We Do Not Do
We are not a restoration company. The providers in our network visit your home, not Callmonitoring Restoration. We do not set prices, and we do not decide which repairs your home needs.
We also do not tell you what your insurance will pay. Some policies may cover sudden damage, such as a burst pipe. Others do not. Check your policy and ask your insurer.
How We Are Paid
Providers in our network may pay Callmonitoring Restoration a referral fee when a homeowner request comes through. You are not charged by Callmonitoring Restoration for the connection.
This fee does not change what you owe a provider. Your quote comes from the provider, and you decide whether to accept it.

Water that is not dried well can lead to mold, warped floors and weak framing. These problems can hurt your home's value later, when you want to sell. Doing the job right now protects the house and the years ahead.
