Grow Your Restoration Business

Callmonitoring Restoration is a referral service. Homeowners in Lansing and the Greater Lansing area come to us with water damage problems. We connect them with independent providers in our network.

This is not a job offer. We do not hire employees. You keep your own company, your own crews, your own prices and your own schedule. We simply help homeowners find you.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who handle real water problems, such as:

• Water damage restoration
• Flooded basement cleanup
• Water extraction and structural drying
• Emergency water damage repair

You should serve homeowners in or near our area. Experience with older frame houses, bungalows, ranch homes and basements with sump pumps is a plus. Mold work is welcome too.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often scared and new to all this. We expect providers to treat them with respect. That means:

• Hold every license and insurance policy your state or town requires.
• Explain the plan in plain words.
• Give a written quote before work begins.
• Be honest about timing. Do not promise what you cannot deliver.
• Help the homeowner document damage for a claim when asked.
• Return calls and requests promptly.

We also ask that you never claim to work for Callmonitoring Restoration. You are an independent business.

• The services you offer
• Your license and insurance details, where required
• The preferred way for homeowners to reach you

We review each note and reply if there is a fit. Joining the network is not a promise of any set number of calls. Volume depends on your area, your services and your availability.
