Callmonitoring Restoration is a referral service. We do not do the work. We connect you with independent providers in our network, and they handle the job.

Here are the three services on this site:

• Water Damage Restoration: the full job, from stopping the water to fixing what it harmed. Providers also handle emergency water damage repair after a burst pipe or a storm.
• Flooded Basement Cleanup: removing standing water, soaked items and mud from a basement. Many homes in the Greater Lansing area have full basements with sump pumps (small pumps that move water out).
• Water Extraction & Structural Drying: pulling water out, then drying walls, floors and framing with fans and dehumidifiers (machines that pull moisture from the air).
