How to Raise a Complaint

A friendly provider checking a wet living room wall in a home in Lansing

Last updated: October 2026

Callmonitoring Restoration wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Callmonitoring Restoration
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we matched you with behaved

If Your Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, and service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still, please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Know this, though: Callmonitoring Restoration cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@callmonitoring.garden. Please include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

What Comes Next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include talking with the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
